Recruiting Systems Administrator

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $126,000–$172,000 USD base salary; bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Administer and configure Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and adjacent recruiting tools, including templates, interview plans, scorecards, approval chains, and permissions.
• Manage user access, roles, permission groups, and timely offboarding across the talent acquisition technology stack.
• Build and maintain recruiting workflows and automations that reduce manual work for recruiters and coordinators.
• Maintain ATS data hygiene through deduplication, field standardization, audits, and reporting-ready processes.
• Support integrations and troubleshoot data feeds with Systems Engineers and vendors.
• Provide tier-one support, coordinate releases and feature rollouts, and document configurations, procedures, and training materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering recruiting or HR systems, including hands-on Greenhouse or comparable ATS administration.
• Strong knowledge of interview scheduling tools such as ModernLoop and their configuration.
• Experience managing SaaS user access, permissions, workflows, system integrations, and vendor troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to improve data hygiene and create reliable reporting processes.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, written communication, and process documentation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment is contingent upon a background check.

• Experience with SQL and APIs.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to recruiting operations.
