What you will do
- Manage localized eCommerce content for UAE, KSA, and IMEA markets across product detail pages, product listing pages, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Ensure Arabic and English content is accurate, culturally relevant, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate translations, localization reviews, quality checks, and regular website content audits.
- Support product launches and campaigns through product setup, content readiness, and timely go-live execution.
- Organize product data, including descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to improve customer experience, content structure, and product discoverability.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Early career experience in eCommerce, digital content management, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, eCommerce platforms, and/or PIM systems.
- Understanding of digital customer experience and regional expectations across the GCC, especially Arabic-speaking markets.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with localization and multilingual content management.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern eCommerce trends, competitor activity, and digital best practices.
