Content Localization Coordinator (German Speaking)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; office-based role at the Budapest Mill Park office

What you will do

• Translate learning, training, knowledge base, and macro content from English to German.
• Develop, maintain, audit, and improve content materials for Service Operations and agent enablement.
• Update materials for product launches, process changes, and operational updates.
• Organize content repositories and maintain documentation and version control.
• Collaborate with training, QA, operations, and content stakeholders to gather feedback and improve usability.
• Monitor content usage and performance, prepare basic reports, and respond to ad-hoc content requests.

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal English and German.
• Experience managing content repositories and governance structures.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, audit materials, and maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with training, QA, and operations teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with content management systems or similar tools.
• Experience with basic data reporting or performance tracking.
