Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Health Plan (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Hybrid position based in the United States, with options in Chicago, Illinois; Princeton, New Jersey; Boston, Massachusetts; Evanston, Illinois; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York, New York; or Bethesda, Maryland. On-site presence at client or hirify.global offices is expected for the majority of the week, and client-related travel is required.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year, plus potential cost-of-living adjustments, leave policies, bonus incentives, relocation benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use analytical techniques to guide client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses and solutions using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and present findings to clients and internal teams through written and oral deliverables.
• Manage aspects of projects, including client relationships, status updates, deliverables, and solution implementation.
• Advance problem-solving capabilities and guide or mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework, such as statistics, data science, econometrics, applied mathematics, operations research, management science, or engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-discipline, adaptability, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English and an ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
