Falcon Maintenance Instructor (Dassault)

Location: Dallas, United States; hybrid work-from-home schedule with flexible arrangements when not actively instructing. International and domestic travel of up to 30–40% is required.

What you will do

• Deliver theoretical and practical aircraft maintenance training in classroom, aircraft, and simulator environments.
• Conduct examinations, practical assessments, and evaluations according to regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate training records and prepare instructional environments, equipment, and resources.
• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting instructor guides, customer materials, and new course content.
• Stay current on aircraft systems and maintenance practices through instructor update training.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs, materials, and learner outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P), Transport Canada AME, EASA, or equivalent maintenance certification or licence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with standard computer applications, learning technologies, and internet-based tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including in a diverse global team, and to travel domestically and internationally up to 30–40% of the time.

Nice to have

• At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience with Dassault aircraft or similar business aviation platforms.
• Experience with Boeing or Airbus commercial aircraft platforms.
• Previous aviation training, instructional, coaching, or teaching experience.
• Customer-service orientation and the ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles and experience levels.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional presence that supports an inclusive learning environment.
