Asset Management Change Analyst (AI)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work

Salary: USD 60,000–80,000 yearly, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities and translate strategy into initiatives and delivery plans.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, technology-enabled operating models.
• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and supporting documentation.
• Use AI tools to synthesize stakeholder input, improve process documentation, and identify automation opportunities with appropriate quality and governance.
• Drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in asset management or investment management.
• Experience in investment operations, distribution, investments, data, compliance, technology, institutional client onboarding, reporting, or a related function.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and insight generation.
• Interest in automation, data, and business process improvement.
• Preferred: cross-functional experience, familiarity with data concepts or SQL, and experience supporting business change, process improvement, or project delivery.
