What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to document end-to-end processes across multiple business functions.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, value stream maps, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze inefficiencies, bottlenecks, root causes, and high-value improvement opportunities.
• Recommend scalable process improvements and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
• Use Visio, Lucidchart, AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, and process mining technologies to support transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and help establish process governance and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business process design, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience documenting complex business processes and creating process maps, workflows, and value stream maps.
• Strong proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and business acumen skills.
• At least one required certification: CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or an equivalent enterprise process discipline certification.

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CCMP certification.
• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management or equivalent transformation governance certification.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, energy, or fuel distribution.
