What you will do

• Lead Process Intelligence execution across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and value-tracking mechanisms.
• Scale Process Intelligence adoption through tools, methodologies, reusable assets, knowledge repositories, and standard delivery models.
• Establish and evolve governance frameworks, standards, KPIs, and operating models.
• Partner with business, technology, and transformation teams while advising senior and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee process mining, task mining, analytics tool deployment, technology evaluation, and future-state data requirements.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, master’s degree with 7 years, or bachelor’s degree with 9 years in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or a related field.
• Deep experience in process mining, process analysis, performance optimization, and enterprise transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath Process Mining.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and large, complex, and unstructured datasets.
• Ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives, manage direct and matrixed teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
