Principal Product Manager - Customer Experience and AI

Location: Remote in the United States or Ontario, Canada

Salary: $148,782–$185,977 USD annually, with potential bonus or on-target commission pay.

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for growth levers focused on customer outcomes.
• Define and demonstrate customer value using research and behavioral metrics.
• Lead engineers and designers in delivering actionable, research-backed, ROI-driven product vision.
• Drive rapid experimentation and use AI to test and refine product hypotheses.
• Mentor product managers in discovery, strategic thinking, and execution.
• Clarify requirements and navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces across squads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in SaaS.
• Track record of improving retention and growth metrics.
• Ability to articulate and defend product vision with executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Experience using and experimenting with AI tools to amplify product management and product development lifecycle work.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and user-empathy skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while balancing design quality with short deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Background in early-stage startups or internal startups.
• Experience mentoring senior product managers and setting product standards.
