Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Own configuration and continuous optimization of Workday Core HCM and Benefits.
• Maintain organizational structures, staffing frameworks, worker data, eligibility rules, benefit plans, business processes, security roles, and approval workflows.
• Administer and optimize Greenhouse ATS, including recruiting workflows, permissions, templates, approvals, and integrations.
• Maintain reliable data flows between Greenhouse and Workday, especially candidate-to-hire and new-hire processes.
• Lead unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for enhancements, releases, and deployments.
• Partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors on integrations, troubleshooting, governance, and system improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or Workday functional administration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including business processes, organizational structures, staffing transactions, security, and data management.
• Functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, including eligibility rules, enrollment events, Open Enrollment, and carrier integrations.
• Experience administering Greenhouse ATS and supporting HR system integrations, data feeds, EIBs, and mass data management.
• Experience leading testing, troubleshooting complex system issues, and implementing HR technology enhancements.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, problem-solving, project management, data governance, security, confidentiality, and internal-controls skills.

Nice to have

• Workday certification or advanced hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse-to-Workday integrations and Benefits Open Enrollment.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations, acquisitions, reorganizations, or other large-scale organizational changes.
