Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States, including Texas; remote work. hirify.global is building an AI-native real estate platform that helps homebuilders, developers, and investors discover, evaluate, and act on land opportunities using proprietary technologies processing data across all 50 states.

What you will do

• Own the backlog and roadmap for product areas covering land discovery, feasibility evaluation, and deal execution.
• Translate customer conversations, expert feedback, competitive signals, and market dynamics into clear problem statements and measurable success criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer urgency, strategic value, and engineering feasibility.
• Act as the product authority on land acquisition workflows, including zoning research, site feasibility, entitlement processes, and market analysis.
• Conduct discovery with enterprise homebuilders, multifamily developers, land brokerages, and industrial firms.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, data, Sales, and Account Management teams while defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and customer-outcome metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technology company shipping production software.
• Direct experience in land development, homebuilding, commercial real estate development, land brokerage, site planning, entitlements, or GIS/mapping platforms.
• Experience defining product strategy and writing clear, opinionated problem statements.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products where model capabilities and data quality are central to the user experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial data, mapping technologies, or GIS platforms.
• Understanding of zoning codes, municipal permitting, or land-use regulation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered search, retrieval-augmented generation, or natural-language interfaces.
• Experience with data pipeline products and data quality, coverage, and freshness challenges.
• Background in proptech, land tech, or real estate SaaS.
