Manager, Globalization Production (Gaming)

What you will do

• Own the content lifecycle from source handoff through localization, readiness, and publishing.
• Coordinate global launches across channels, regions, languages, and platforms.
• Manage and coach localization and content operations producers.
• Align workflows across Content Production, Localization, Publishing, Product, Development, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Use data and success metrics such as time-to-market and localization readiness to guide prioritization and process improvements.
• Partner with tooling and platform teams to improve automation, scalability, and workflow visibility.

Requirements

• Experience building content pipelines and working with publishing systems and content management platforms.
• Strong understanding of how content is produced, packaged, localized, and published at scale.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and multiple stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of experience in content localization or globalization management, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Experience leading teams in localization, content operations, publishing, or program management.
• Experience working with global teams and regional partners.
• Systems mindset with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies, and opportunities to simplify workflows.
