What you will do

• Lead end-to-end multilingual localization for live sports broadcasts and digital content with real-time or near-live delivery.
• Manage simultaneous language workflows under tight broadcast deadlines and mitigate operational risks and dependencies.
• Confirm event readiness, including access, staffing, schedules, workflows, and dependencies.
• Monitor localization during live events and respond to issues, changes, and production needs.
• Coordinate vendors, reviewers, QA, editorial, live production, video production, and technical teams.
• Maintain linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, brand voice, style guides, and sports terminology standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in localization project management or multilingual content production.
• Experience delivering time-sensitive localization for digital, media, or live content.
• Strong operational coordination, content management, system management, scheduling, and structured handoff skills.
• Ability to work accurately in fast-paced, high-pressure live production environments with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of localization processes, quality and terminology management, CMS platforms, approval processes, and documented procedures.
• Comfort working in a macOS-based environment and handling confidential information under strict data-handling standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with live sports, broadcast, or streaming localization workflows.
• Background in digital media production or live events.
• Proficiency in one additional language beyond English.
• Familiarity with Unicode, CLDR, or other internationalization standards.
• Interest in live sports such as soccer, baseball, or F1.
