Sr Application Developer, Integrations (AI)

What you will do

• Design and operate scalable cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, and AWS services.
• Build API-led and event-driven solutions with clear schemas, data mappings, error handling, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation controls.
• Connect Order-to-Cash data covering opportunities, quotes, orders, subscriptions, invoicing, payments, finance, and worker records.
• Develop reproducible AWS serverless environments with infrastructure as code, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Build governed AI-enabled workflows using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker-hosted models, MCP, Bedrock Agents, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support, troubleshoot distributed failures, and improve integration reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and supporting cloud-based integration solutions, including hands-on AWS experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least two AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, or SNS.
• Experience designing REST APIs, API-led integrations, or event-driven messaging architectures.
• Integration experience with Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, or another enterprise platform, including APIs, authentication, and rate or governor limits.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and experience troubleshooting distributed systems across services, APIs, applications, and data sources.
• Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, AWS AI services, or equivalent AI capabilities, including validation, PII handling, guardrails, evaluation, latency, and cost controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP servers and clients, Bedrock Agents, or other agent frameworks.
• Experience implementing RAG with embeddings and vector stores such as OpenSearch Serverless.
• Exposure to Amazon SageMaker, Zuora Billing, iPaaS platforms, AWS certifications, OpenAPI, or Swagger.
