AI & Software Engineering Senior Manager

What you will do

• Define and manage a multi-year product roadmap with Product Managers and Designers.
• Lead high-impact projects for the media and advertising industry.
• Build and oversee complex data integrations through APIs and other standard methods.
• Design and manage scalable technical solutions with strong architecture and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and grow the team’s technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Data & Tech teams and promote agile Scrum practices across Alli.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across the full SDLC.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5–10 developers in an agile Scrum environment.
• 2+ years with the MERN stack or a similar technology set.
• 3+ years working with AWS, including ECS, Fargate, Lambda, SQS, and Postgres.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automated testing, code reviews, clean code, refactoring, RESTful APIs, and Docker or Kubernetes.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in Generative AI, large language models, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain.
• Experience building an engineering team from the ground up.
