Senior Merchant Implementation Manager

Location: Remote in specified United States states; travel up to 20% within the United States is required for merchant onboarding, training, and relationship-building.

Base salary: $71,942–$119,903, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new merchants, managing deliverables, timelines, milestones, risks, and project documentation.
• Review merchant requirements and success criteria, serving as the primary advisor and point of contact throughout implementation.
• Configure hirify.global software, fulfillment services, and standard integrations to support merchant order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot merchant challenges and coordinate with hirify.global Operations to launch fulfillment services with minimal manager guidance.
• Conduct tailored training sessions and create reference materials to support merchant self-service.
• Align merchant goals with hirify.global capabilities and drive adoption of key platform features.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in merchant implementation, merchant success, or a similar role.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating across departments to deliver solutions for merchants.
• Experience with APIs, ERP systems, and OMS systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Experience supporting mid-market to enterprise merchants.
• Experience with Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, Salesforce, or similar tools.
