Implementation Manager - Benefits (US Payroll)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in one of the authorized states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Hybrid working is available for Bobbers in the New York metro area.

Base salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Configure, implement, and launch US Payroll and benefits administration solutions for clients.
• Manage customer onboarding and guide clients through implementation decisions and payroll-cycle issues.
• Lead system integrations and deliver in-depth customer training.
• Identify payroll anomalies and perform complex reconciliations.
• Manage multiple customers, competing priorities, and go-live deadlines.
• Collaborate with product specialists and development teams on delivery and roadmap topics.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of benefits administration implementation and configuration and US Payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and experience meeting go-live deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple customers and handling competing deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with customer guidance, system integrations, training, troubleshooting, and complex reconciliations.
• Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills, with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Must reside in an authorized US state to be considered for employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with PlanSource, Everything Benefits, ADP, Employee Navigator, Rippling, Paychex, Gusto, or SurePayroll.
• Experience onboarding customers onto payroll and benefits administration platforms.
• Experience with global teams, Zendesk, Slack, Asana, APIs, and integrations.
