Revenue Enablement Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work organization with a remote work from abroad policy and occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Lead a global team of 8 experts across enablement business partnering, program development, operations, and AI.
• Partner with senior GTM leaders to align Revenue Enablement strategy with global business outcomes.
• Build and scale programs for seller productivity, manager effectiveness, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Define and execute an enablement roadmap focused on high-impact performance needs.
• Coach and develop direct reports while maintaining accountability and execution quality across the global program portfolio.
• Drive AI transformation through AI-powered coaching, call analysis, automated workflows, and measurable enablement metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales/CS Enablement, or a related commercial excellence function.
• 5+ years of experience inspiring and leading teams, including multidisciplinary teams of comparable size and scope.
• Experience influencing senior commercial leaders and operating across Sales and Customer Success.
• Experience in a global B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of revenue methodologies, customer lifecycle management, and commercial performance metrics.
• Fluent professional English is required; occasional international travel is required.
