Senior Product Designer, Agentic Trading

Location: Bellevue, WA; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD annually for Zone 1 locations; $146,000–$172,000 for Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 for Zone 3. Additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are included.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for automated trading products from early concepts through launch.
• Define product direction and user experiences with product creative, product managers, engineers, researchers, and brokerage leadership.
• Use large language models to explore ideas, clarify user needs, and establish initial product approaches.
• Create and iterate on prototypes, flows, and interaction models in partnership with engineering.
• Translate complex financial and AI-driven concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Present designs to cross-functional partners and leadership while ensuring quality, regulatory alignment, and user trust.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first experiences.
• Active use of tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar large language models in the design workflow.
• Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted development tools, including Clause Code, without requiring production-level coding skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear, executable design solutions.
• Strong communication of design decisions to cross-functional partners and leadership.
