Label Designer II/Orthopedics

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America; JNJ Flex Hybrid. Up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $61,000–$92,046.50 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with project leads to define and provide appropriate labeling requirements.
• Create and maintain label records and templates, including template inspection.
• Coordinate Instruction for Use documents across translation, graphic design, layout, and printing.
• Proofread labels and IFUs and ensure project delivery dates and budgets are met.
• Ensure labeling complies with procedures, regulations, standards, packaging requirements, and business needs.
• Identify improvements to labeling quality, service, and cost, and communicate issues or opportunities to management.

Requirements

• At least six years of administrative experience.
• Experience working in a regulated medical industry.
• Ability to prioritize work with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under the JNJ Flex Hybrid attendance policy in Raynham, Massachusetts.
