Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite manufacturing role.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 gross annual base pay, plus potential annual performance bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

  • Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing processes for regulated medical products.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
  • Analyze scrap, rework, and yield data; implement sustainable improvements with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead CAPA, process validation, and critical manufacturing issue resolution activities.
  • Own the introduction and transfer of new products and processes to the manufacturing shop floor.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, Quality Assurance, and other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least four years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering within a regulated industry.
  • Proven success leading yield improvement and process optimization projects.
  • Experience leading CAPA and IQ/OQ/PQ process validation projects.
  • Experience introducing new products into production.
  • Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with electromechanical products or medical device capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and robotic automation.
