R&D Applications Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based at one of the following US sites: Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania; Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; or Warsaw, Indiana

Salary: $64,000–$102,350 per year

What you will do

• Own engineering applications supporting design, simulation, and product lifecycle management.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs of enhancements, fixes, and user needs.
• Partner with R&D engineers to understand workflows, document requirements, and translate needs into development tasks.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues with IT and vendors, and improve system reliability and user experience.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems and maintain consistent engineering data.
• Contribute to documentation and validation activities for changes in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships and co-op experience are encouraged.
• Strong interest in engineering systems, applications, and technology.
• Exposure to CAD, simulation, or PLM tools such as Unigraphics, Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks, ANSYS, LS-DYNA, or Windchill.
• Experience with team projects or cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
