Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor (MedTech)

What you will do

• Supervise individual contributors and manage team workflow, performance, compliance, and goals.
• Oversee warehouse, Gel Mixing, distribution, and supply chain operations from component receiving through finished-goods transportation.
• Maintain warehouse and Gel Mixing areas and ensure products are stored and handled according to company, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through transaction verification and departmental cycle-count programs.
• Ensure warehouse and distribution procedures comply with applicable federal, state, local, and company requirements.
• Identify operational issues and opportunities, communicate them to the next management level, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, accuracy, attention-to-detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems and warehouse or inventory management concepts.
• Ability to persuade and influence others and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, United States of America.

Nice to have

• APICS CLTD certification.
• Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
• Production planning or manufacturing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
