Location: Guayama, Puerto Rico; onsite warehouse role

What you will do
- Lead warehouse operations and coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning.
- Prepare and execute the Master Production Schedule, create daily line-loading schedules, and generate ERP work orders.
- Adjust production schedules for operational constraints, unplanned events, and changing priorities.
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory projections, supply and demand trends, and service-level risks.
- Maintain ERP planning parameters and BOM data, and generate planning and operational performance reports.
- Lead or support supply chain operational excellence, product launch planning, S&OP reviews, and plant improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning, warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, forecasting, production scheduling, KPIs, operational metrics, BOM structures, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, plus strong organizational, decision-making, risk evaluation, and continuous improvement skills.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling processes.
