Supply Chain Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States of America

Salary: $75,000–$120,750 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports for planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, BI, IT, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver solutions using PowerBI, Oracle, and similar tools.
• Automate and standardize reporting and data workflows while maintaining master data accuracy and governance.
• Lead data remediation, troubleshoot system and data issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Document processes, train users, and translate advanced analysis into actionable recommendations and system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field, plus one to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports using PowerBI, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, master data management, and data governance.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems; Oracle or QAD experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
