Inventory Control Coordinator - Mandalay Bay

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Work is performed primarily in an office environment, with possible irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call status.

Hourly pay range: $17.06–$22.18 per hour.

What you will do

• Monitor accurate and timely data entry and transaction completion in Helios IC.
• Verify product deliveries, inventory counts, and product coding.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining system integrity.
• Enter data, analyze reports, and distribute daily reports to staff and management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics managers to exchange information about current activities and inventory.
• Process cash reconciliations, apply receipts, enter adjustments, and maintain activity logs.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with purchasing, inventory control, and accounting.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet the specified physical requirements, including continuous sitting, lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds, and occasional lifting of 16–50 pounds.
• Availability for irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call work may be required.
