Inventory Control Coordinator

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $24.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Analyze and plan raw material and outside vendor requirements to support customer orders.
• Initiate production and purchase orders and maintain material availability for production.
• Maintain accurate stockroom and distribution center inventories, including work in process.
• Perform physical inventories, incoming material inspection, and ERP receiving transactions.
• Coordinate domestic and international outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipment methods.
• Maintain shipment and receipt records, notify customers, support Facilities and Production, and ensure ISO compliance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and process manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software.
• Attention to detail, basic math ability, and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend approximately 75% of the time standing or walking.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to work as part of a team.
