What you will do

• Design and develop business functionality using MuleSoft, CRM, and CX technologies.
• Analyze business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and perform impact analysis.
• Design, develop, document, and implement MuleSoft solutions and API integrations with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and pain points and implement mitigation measures.
• Work with architects and support teams on security and compliance requirements for MuleSoft and Salesforce development environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, plus five years of experience.
• At least four years of software development lifecycle experience.
• At least three years of enterprise MuleSoft project experience across implementation lifecycles.
• Two to four years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience and at least three years working across API lifecycles.
• Experience with workflows, complex integrations, stakeholder collaboration, Agile methodologies, and certificate-based security for Mule applications.
• Active Secret or higher security clearance required; interim clearances are accepted. MuleSoft Developer Level I or II certification is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and deploying applications in open programming languages and integrating with Salesforce.
• Experience designing secure enterprise services using REST and SOAP APIs.
