Salesforce Associate Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid work in South San Francisco, Chicago, Evanston, Princeton, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Thousand Oaks, United States, with on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Translate commercial, medical, and patient-services requirements into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud solution designs.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops, process mapping, user story definition, and acceptance criteria development.
• Design Salesforce data models, configuration approaches, integrations, and API or MuleSoft orchestration with enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Support Veeva CRM migration assessments, including capability mapping, data and content migration strategy, field-force impact, and roadmap definition.
• Integrate Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce capabilities for unified profiles, next-best actions, journey orchestration, and agentic assistants.
• Own workstreams through build, testing, validation, deployment, hypercare, adoption, change management, and client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, engineering, or a related field; life sciences or business backgrounds with strong technology aptitude are also considered.
• At least 3 years of relevant consulting experience, including hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is expected.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical technology organizations is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Veeva CRM or Vault CRM experience and knowledge of migrations to Salesforce.
• Certifications in Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Platform App Builder, or Agentforce.
