Focus on preparing quarterly earnings materials, advising executive leadership and the Board, managing investor events and rating agency relationships, and developing the investor relations team.
Location: Short Hills, New Jersey; interim work in Branchville, New Jersey until the new headquarters is operational
Salary: USD $241,000–$332,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of the investor relations program and serve as the primary contact for investors, analysts, shareholders, and rating agencies.
- Translate underwriting and investment results, corporate strategy, and long-term value creation into clear investor communications.
- Own quarterly earnings releases, conference call scripts, Q&A preparation, investor presentations, and related SEC materials.
- Analyze market trends, stock performance, peer benchmarks, estimate revisions, ownership changes, valuation drivers, and quarterly results.
- Lead investor days, roadshows, conferences, earnings calls, and rating agency engagements while preparing executives with briefing materials and key messages.
- Partner with executive leadership, Treasury, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, and Communications on capital actions, disclosure controls, governance, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, equity research, or corporate Finance.
- Deep knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Economics, with strong financial modeling, valuation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to convert actuarial and finance insights into a clear, disciplined narrative for investors.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating across Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Risk, Legal, and Communications.
- Ability to work at the Short Hills, New Jersey location, with Branchville, New Jersey as the interim location.
