Solutions Engineer, Dubai (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Extensive travel across the Gulf/META region is required to support customers and attend events. In-person onboarding may take place at the headquarters in Ann Arbor, United States.

What you will do

• Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles across the Gulf region in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Conduct technical discovery and design tailored cybersecurity solution architectures for complex enterprise and government environments.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations for security, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Prepare technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Support post-sale technical handoff and early implementation while liaising with support, customer success, product management, and engineering.
• Create sales engineering enablement materials and relay customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical role in the technology industry.
• Expertise in at least one area: networking, network security, cybersecurity, private or public cloud security, SOC/endpoint, or SASE.
• Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles, multiple buying centers, technical stakeholders, and multi-product solutions.
• Hands-on experience with product installations, configurations, technical evaluations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Professional English fluency is required; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred.

• Experience with public-sector or government procurement.
• Experience selling, implementing, or supporting SaaS offerings.
• Experience architecting cybersecurity solutions and influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
