TL;DR
Sr Account Manager (MedTech/Surgical Robotics): Driving procedure and disposable sales, clinical adoption, and customer success for Auris Surgical Robotics technologies across the Pacific Northwest with an accent on territory planning, clinical demonstrations, and hospital-based support. Focus on developing business plans, supporting installations and live patient cases, educating physicians and staff, and increasing utilization in a regulated medical-device environment.

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; field-based Pacific Northwest territory covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Nevada. Requires extensive travel up to 75% and regular work in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, including live patient cases.

Salary: $95,000–$152,950 annual base pay, plus sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute quarterly and strategic territory business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets.
  • Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations for surgeons, physicians, staff, and economic buyers.
  • Drive referral education, procedure sales, customer adoption, and utilization of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.
  • Coordinate post-sale installation, implementation, clinical adoption, and customer support with sales and service teams.
  • Present sales forecasts, share territory insights, and collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers and the broader commercial organization.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of surgical robotics products, industry trends, and competitive strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional or related experience, or an associate degree or medical certification and at least 5 years of professional or related experience.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work in hospital and ASC settings, attend live patient cases when required, and wear protective equipment such as lead aprons and masks.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, autonomy, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment compliant with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820; valid driver’s license required.
