Technical Architect (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end architectures for customer and business requirements.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, solution blueprints, and integration standards.
• Implement core components, integrations, and reference implementations, contributing production-quality code and code reviews.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, and customer-facing solution discussions.
• Evaluate vendors, conduct technical due diligence, validate solutions through proof-of-concepts, and resolve integration or performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and delivery teams while mentoring technical team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Experience designing and building secure, highly scalable, multi-tier architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premises integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, customer advisory, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in implementation and remain accountable for delivery outcomes.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in the .NET framework and application development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Cloud or architecture certifications and a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
