Mobile LVN/LPN-Per Diem In-Home Services

Location: Boston, MA; various U.S. locations with local travel within a designated geographic area

Salary: $28 per hour, including appointment and travel time, with a two-hour minimum paid.

What you will do

• Deliver in-home clinical services to patients initiating therapy with complex medications.
• Collect, label, transport, and deliver blood specimens according to laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct trained screenings, including electrocardiograms and macular edema exams.
• Maintain clinical supplies, transportation equipment, and an organized work environment.
• Submit accurate visit documentation and maintain mileage and time logs.
• Report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries according to applicable guidance.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license.
• Current CPR certification and at least two years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving-record review, drug screening, and background check required.
• Proficiency with medical equipment and clinical documentation practices.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of EKG experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Technician certification.
