Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
Compensation: USD 27–30 per hour

What you will do
- Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
- Complete admissions assessments, documentation, and acute or long-term care plans.
- Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the director’s guidance.
- Consult on residents’ health concerns and promptly report changes to physicians and family members.
- Respond to emergencies, maintain communication across departments, and help preserve a safe environment.
- Provide educational meetings for residents and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in senior care or a related field.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team while handling multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
