Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN Skilled Nursing

Location: 7100 Dearwester Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45236, USA; onsite at Seasons Retirement Community

Compensation: USD 30–38 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions assessments, documentation, and acute or long-term care plans.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under director guidance.
• Consult on residents’ health concerns and notify physicians or family members about changes in condition.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain communication with departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings, attend required training, and support safe working practices.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Commitment to compassionate, dedicated, and energetic resident care.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required unless an applicable exemption applies.
