Focus on assessing new residents, maintaining care plans, responding to emergencies, and coordinating health updates with physicians, families, and staff.
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; onsite at Seasons Retirement Community
Compensation: USD 27–30 per hour

What you will do
- Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Complete admissions assessments, documentation, acute-care plans, long-term care plans, and service plans.
- Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under director supervision.
- Provide health-related consultation and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ conditions.
- Respond to emergencies, maintain communication across departments, and support resident and staff education.
- Maintain confidentiality, attend required training and meetings, and promote safe working practices.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in senior care or a related field.
- Ability to work safely as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedicated, compassionate, and energetic approach.
