Senior Associate, Pursuits (AEC)

Location: Onsite in the Falls Church, Virginia, or Atlanta, Georgia office

Salary: $77,000–$112,000 per year, with compensation varying by city and state.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of RFQ/RFP responses and qualifications packages.
• Develop interview presentation strategies, materials, interview books, and handouts, and lead presentation rehearsals.
• Serve as the marketing point of contact for assigned business units and maintain related knowledge in CRM and other systems.
• Create and maintain marketing narratives, photography, resumes, project sheets, templates, and collateral.
• Manage industry- and project-specific award submissions and improve marketing department processes and efficiency.
• Maintain company information across client prequalification and compliance platforms while supporting internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–10 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, including required experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction field.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills, proposal development experience, and strong project management abilities.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to lead operations project teams, collaborate with executive leadership, work autonomously, and manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Avetta, ISNetworld, or Highwire client prequalification platforms.
• Experience leading federal proposal development from capture through final submission.
• Experience managing others.
