IT Infrastructure Asset and Contract Manager (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage procurement of IT infrastructure hardware, software, maintenance, and related services.
• Manage technology vendors, supplier relationships, quotations, proposals, onboarding, performance reviews, service levels, and deliverables.
• Oversee the lifecycle of IT hardware, software, maintenance, and support contracts, including renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Maintain contract records, renewal schedules, licensing information, costs, warranties, and support agreements.
• Manage IT asset lifecycles from acquisition through retirement, maintaining records for servers, storage, network equipment, end-user devices, licenses, and warranties.
• Coordinate asset reconciliation, audits, technology refreshes, infrastructure lifecycle activities, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure operations, ITAM, ITSM, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and end-user computing.
• Experience managing IT procurement, technology vendors, hardware and software contracts, maintenance agreements, renewals, and software licensing.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, ITIL practices, lifecycle management, CMDB concepts, and ITSM/ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English required.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Experience supporting regional or global IT environments and managing data center infrastructure lifecycles.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, technology refresh programs, strategic supplier management, and vendor contract negotiations.
• Experience developing IT asset, vendor, contract, and service management KPIs and dashboards.
