IT Asset Management Analyst Sr (Manufacturing)

Salary: $82,900–$134,300 per year

What you will do

• Manage enterprise hardware and software assets, including purchasing, lifecycle replacement, leases, maintenance renewals, and license compliance.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory data in the CMDB.
• Develop IT asset management processes, policies, standards, measurements, and quality controls.
• Analyze asset inventory KPIs and standardized reporting to optimize technology spending and reduce waste.
• Manage Digital Technology asset incidents and requests in ServiceNow.
• Provide subject-matter expertise through knowledge articles, mentoring, job shadowing, and collaboration with Digital Technology staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Five or more years of experience in information technology or a related area.
• Information technology experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with contract negotiation, vendor coordination, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Apptio.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and follow-through.
