TL;DR
Security Administrator (Cybersecurity): Managing and implementing SCI and SAP security programs, secure facility accreditation, classified systems support, and physical security controls with an accent on regulatory compliance, SCIF/SAPF operations, and classified material protection. Focus on conducting vulnerability assessments, coordinating security audits, maintaining access and visitor controls, and implementing RMF, OPSEC, and SETA requirements.

Location: On-site in Beavercreek, Ohio, United States. Travel: 0–20%. Working hours: Standard.

What you will do

  • Support the Contractor Special Security Officer in managing SCI and SAP security programs and serve as an alternate security official.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for SCIF and SAPF operations, facility accreditation, and compliance documentation.
  • Support classified information systems accredited under the Risk Management Framework and implement physical security controls, including alarms, access control, and TEMPEST compliance.
  • Conduct self-inspections, vulnerability assessments, corrective actions, security audits, and facility accreditation coordination with government security stakeholders.
  • Administer visitor control, access certification, personnel security actions, foreign travel monitoring, and annual training requirements.
  • Establish classified material control, transmission, reproduction, destruction, courier, OPSEC, program protection, and security classification procedures.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to take a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • Four to eight years of relevant DoD, Intelligence Community, or industrial security experience; relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, and related Intelligence Community security standards.
  • Experience with SCIF/SAPF accreditation, compliance documentation, DISS, NISS, NBIS, SCINet, SIMS, and JADE.
  • Experience coordinating with DIA, GSSOs, SAPMOs, Cognizant Authorities, Special Security Officers, Program Security Officers, and other government stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead projects, solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and work independently with strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise-wide security initiatives, policy development, or multi-site operations.
  • Experience briefing executive leadership, government customers, and program managers.
  • Leadership experience in high-operational-tempo environments and the ability to adapt to evolving mission requirements.
