Systems Engineer (INFOSEC)

Location: Onsite in Chantilly, Virginia; no remote or telework allowed

Projected annual compensation: $110,204.91–$179,802.75

What you will do

• Review system architecture, design documentation, network designs, and security processes.
• Assess, verify, validate, inspect, and monitor information systems.
• Support Splunk dashboards, security compliance, COTS tool integration, and interfaces with mission networks.
• Develop and administer requirements for cyber tools and Sponsor development activities.
• Coordinate technical strategic plans and cyber strategies with inter-agency partners.
• Support operations governance, technology forecasting, and CONOPS documentation.

Requirements

• Active and maintainable TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience with a BS, 6–8 years with an MS, or 3–5 years with a PhD.
• Experience developing actionable, measurable, testable, and traceable requirements.
• Experience analyzing technical risks, independently assessing projects, and recommending improvements.
• Experience developing CONOPS diagrams and forecasting technologies related to the Sponsor’s mission area.
