Warehouse Lead (Ecommerce)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; on-site warehouse role

Salary: Starting at $18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly warehouse associates.
• Help run daily department operations and lead the department when the supervisor or manager is away.
• Manage inventory activities, including cycle counting and use of inventory management systems.
• Apply technology-oriented and detail-focused approaches to fulfillment operations.
• Identify and solve operational problems while maintaining department performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
• Experience using inventory management systems and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
