Material Flow Supervisor (Robotics) (Warehouse Operations): Managing the movement of parts from receiving through production and finished-robot shipping with an accent on kitting, line-side replenishment, inventory accuracy, and dock coordination. Focus on building reliable material-flow systems, maintaining accurate ERP transactions, and preventing production stoppages through structured storage and replenishment.

Location: Norcross, Georgia, United States; Workplace: On-site

Company

B2B Robotics-as-a-Service company building and deploying autonomous loading and unloading robots for warehouse and fulfillment sites across North America.

What you will do

  • Lead warehouse operations and a small team of material handlers while maintaining hands-on responsibility for material flow.
  • Keep production supplied through kitting, point-of-use storage, replenishment triggers, pick schedules, delivery routes, and shift handoffs.
  • Own inventory accuracy across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods, including cycle counts and root-cause variance resolution.
  • Maintain the stockroom layout, labeled locations, controlled access, and segregation of excess, obsolete, and non-conforming materials.
  • Manage receiving, put-away, outbound shipments, dock scheduling, yard coordination, carrier planning, and shipping documentation.
  • Escalate shortages to Production and Supply Chain and support customs and cross-border paperwork with Logistics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse, stockroom, or production materials, including 1+ year leading or supervising a team.
  • Hands-on experience with kitting, line-side replenishment, staging to a production schedule, and cycle count programs.
  • Working knowledge of an ERP or WMS for receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions; NetSuite or similar experience is relevant.
  • Ability to read bills of material, pick lists, and packing slips and match parts to drawings.
  • Forklift certification or ability to certify, with a clean powered-industrial-truck operating record and a strong safety mindset.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and provide occasional after-hours coverage.

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, or low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing.
  • Experience establishing a stockroom, kitting program, or point-of-use replenishment system from scratch.
  • Lean training and practical experience with 5S, kanban, or water spider material routes.
  • Experience with barcode scanning, serialized or lot-traceable parts, and import/export documentation.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; bilingual English/Spanish.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work in an early-stage robotics company operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Permissive time off policy.
