Member Service Representative (Full-Time)

Location: On-site at 1770-A South 5th St, Leesville, Louisiana 71446, United States. The role may require working at or transferring permanently to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $19.38–$22.50 per hour

What you will do

• Provide basic counseling on products and services to meet member needs.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with financial regulations.
• Educate members about additional products and support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
