Implementation Consultant, Scheduling (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia; candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work for any US employer.

What you will do

• Configure hirify.global's Scheduling solution using customer requirements, success criteria, and implementation best practices.
• Lead implementation and customer training calls, document final configurations, and transfer knowledge to Customer Success.
• Coordinate with Technical Account Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other internal resources.
• Maintain task plans and implementation timelines in workflow management and customer success platforms.
• Escalate risks to customer success criteria, delivery progress, and onboarding expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to configuration detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events; US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Engineering or another technical degree.
• SaaS or software configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience with or exposure to the healthcare and IT ecosystems.
