Implementation Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the Clearwater platform.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Assess client requirements and help customize solutions for accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting needs.
• Conduct client training sessions on effective platform use.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks, escalating matters to the Project Manager when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide consultancy to keep implementation objectives aligned with project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Beginner-level Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of basic accounting rules.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including solving complex math problems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Knowledge of securities or financial markets, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income.
