What you will do

• Provide project support across multiple ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business goals, objectives, operational needs, systems, and data.
• Update process documentation and create process maps and flow diagrams.
• Gather data, conduct research, and perform operational analysis.
• Help design improved business processes and recommend solutions.
• Estimate costs and benefits, resolve business issues, and support the launch of new initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Data-driven approach and knowledge of data analysis.
• Recent or soon-to-be college graduate, preferably with a technology or business major.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with a high sense of urgency.
