Location: Remote within the United States; close collaboration with the Pacific time zone and quarterly travel to California required.
Salary: $148,600–$198,200 annually

What you will do
- Own the strategy, outcomes, and integrated roadmap for the Sequoia Expansion portfolio.
- Balance customer value, business impact, technical investment, risk, dependencies, and organizational capacity across multiple initiatives.
- Manage and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts through coaching, feedback, and increasing ownership.
- Lead complex or high-risk work as a player-coach and make portfolio-level tradeoffs.
- Partner with Engineering, Underwriting, Operations, Data Science, Data Management, and Program Management.
- Build scalable expansion capabilities using process improvement, AI, automation, and evidence-based prioritization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software or technology product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated impact.
- Experience owning complex products, platforms, portfolios, or related initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers and Business Analysts.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, workflow, data, automation, or AI-enabled products.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data fluency, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely from within the United States and collaborate with the Pacific time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience in title production, mortgage, real estate, insurance, fintech, or another regulated operational domain.
- Experience scaling products across geographies, business units, customer segments, or regulatory requirements.
- Experience using AI tools, truth data, and evaluations to improve product quality and outcomes.
