Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager V - Airports, ANS

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite at client and partner sites

Salary: $224,000–$246,000 per year

What you will do

• Monitor onsite field construction activities through project completion and ensure work follows approved plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Apply multidisciplinary construction methods and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical facility requirements, policies, procedures, and project labor agreements.
• Coordinate construction activities, milestones, and priorities with the Design/Builder and project stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet scope and efficiency goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, enforce safe and quality construction practices, and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Participate in coordination meetings and review, negotiate, and resolve contractor change order claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
• 20 or more years of experience, preferably on airport projects involving concourses, headhouses, or site/civil scopes.
• Experience delivering projects valued above $100 million.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build delivery methods.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, or other relevant professional certifications and licenses.
• Experience using CAD or REVIT.
